MyVibe Pattern Studio — License Agreement

This agreement is between you (the buyer) and Pavlina Zizkova, who sells MyVibe Pattern Studio through the Etsy shop MyVibePatterns ("we", "us"). By signing in to the app you accept these terms.

1. What you get

When you buy MyVibe Pattern Studio on Etsy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the online app at https://patterns.myvibespace.cz for as long as the service runs (see section 8). One purchase covers one person. You may use the app on any of your own devices.

You sign in with your Etsy order number. Updates and new features of the online app are included at no extra cost.

2. Your patterns belong to you

Everything you create with the app is yours. You may use your patterns for personal and commercial purposes, for example printing on fabric, wallpaper or paper, selling digital papers, or selling physical products. You owe us no royalties and you do not need to credit us. We claim no rights to your work.

3. Your images are your responsibility

You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the images you upload and for the patterns you make from them.

Your images are processed only inside your own browser. They are never uploaded to us or stored by us.

5. Fair use limit

Each order includes up to 15 sign-ins per calendar month. Normal use stays far below this limit, even if you clear your browser data often or use several devices. The counter resets automatically at the start of each month. If you reach the limit, contact us through Etsy messages and we will help.

6. Sharing and misuse

If an order number is shared or published, or the app is used in breach of section 4, we may suspend or permanently revoke access for that order without a refund.

7. Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, Etsy does not support returns or exchanges for it. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the app does not work as described, contact us and we will fix the problem or find another solution.

8. Availability and discontinuation

We work to keep the app available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or outages of our hosting provider.

If we ever decide to stop running the online app, every existing buyer will receive a free downloadable offline version with the features available at that time. We will announce the change through Etsy messages at least 30 days before the online app closes.

9. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost work. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the app. Nothing in this agreement limits your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country.

The app uses the fonts Fraunces (© The Fraunces Project Authors) and DM Sans (© The DM Sans Project Authors), both licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1: https://openfontlicense.org

11. Privacy

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
